FREE DELIVERY WORLD-WIDE

Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days via registered tracking post. With express delivery. Orders out of the UK will take between 3-5 business days with free express delivery (When dispatched to mainland countries)

Non main-land countries may have a longer time frame. Delivery will be via USPS, UPS or DHL. For estimated delivery times please refer to the tracking number you will be sent with your order. RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund from our head office based in London. Please read the full terms and conditions below. To do so you will have to email us with the reason for your return, once approved our customer care team will respond with a return slip for you to fill out and send back to us with the item. 

Please note that you will need to pay for the return shipping, unless you have received the wrong item in which case we will be happy to refund you the amount you paid for the shipping as well (kindly email us the receipt).

In the unlikely event you receive a defected item i.e. the item is damaged upon arrival please email us at [email protected] and our customer care team will investigate the issue, once approved you will receive a return slip via email. Please note that you only have 7 days to opt for a defective item refund.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with the item and want to refund it within the 30 days, please email us at [email protected] with the reasons stated. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, packaging and still have the warranty attached with the item. Please note that the item must not have any visible damage or marks see below for the return checklist.

PLEASE NOTE: LEATHER BAGS MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE MINOR SCRATCHES AS THEY ARE HANDMADE AND CRAFTED FROM GENUINE HIGH QUALITY LEATHER SO IT’S ABSOLUTELY NORMAL, however, if you think that there are visible scratches caused otherwise when opened upon arrival our customer care team will look into your query.

REFUND CHECKLIST

Further inspection will take place once we receive the item. Depending on the condition you will be refunded the correct amount depending on criteria the item meets below. All refunds will reach your account within 5-10 working days post receiving the package

100% refund Item has no signs of usability. Has the original warranty provided with the item (for bags see inside pocket) and it’s in the original packaging and condition. Therefore the customer receives a wrong order or simply wishes to return an unused item. In the unlikely circumstance you receive a faulty item and you contact us straight away, you will receive a full refund. Please note you can only opt for a faulty product refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

No refund The Item has visible signs of usability/ damage or discolouration after 7 days of you receiving the product and you opt for a faulty product refund our team will contact you as it is very unlikely that you will receive a faulty product and not notice right away. Once you are contacted by our team, we will make a decision on whether to accept the refund or not (please note that all products are carefully handled and examined before shipment for any flaws, to insure you receive the highest quality item).
